  • How to deal with contesting claims from a bankruptcy trustee over a beneficiary’s assets when they are in bankruptcy.
  • The importance of the asset location whether that be as inheritance or an interest in a trust.
  • Spendthrift provisions in a trust which protects a beneficiary from claims by creditors over assets in the trust.
